Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellations: * Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person. * To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours and greater than 6 hours before an appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. * Cancellations made less than 6 hours will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost. * No-shows will receive no refund. If no pre-payment has been received, you will be required to make the full payment owing. Late Arrivals * Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to accommodate subsequent bookings, without a reduction in the session fee. Conduct * Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client may be liable for the full cost of the session. Privacy Policy * Personal information collected from clients will be handled securely and confidentially. We will not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as necessary to provide our services. Changes to Terms * He's Healing Hands reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
